Privacy Policy
We treat your text, documents and voice the same way we treat our own: carefully, briefly, and only for as long as we need to translate them.
What we collect
When you translate something, we receive the source content (text, document, image, audio or URL) and the language pair you chose. We also record basic technical signals like the request timestamp, a coarse country derived from your IP, and a session identifier so we can detect abuse and keep the service stable.
What we do with it
Your content is sent to translation models and returned to you. We do not use your content to train models. We do not sell your data, ever. Aggregated, non-identifying usage stats may be used to understand which features people use most so we know where to invest.
How long we keep it
Translation inputs and outputs are kept only as long as is needed to deliver and return the result, then removed from our systems. Anonymous usage stats may be kept for longer to inform product decisions, but they cannot be linked back to a person.
Cookies and analytics
We use a lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics script that does not set tracking cookies. It records aggregate page views and basic device classes (mobile or desktop). It does not follow you between sites.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete account-related data at any time by reaching out via the contact page. Because translation content is not retained once a request finishes, there is typically nothing to delete after the fact.
Changes
